Our Team

A quick learner, Tyler began his career in 2004 and rose the ranks due to his hard work ethic. He completed his red seal certification in carpentry by 2008 and started his own business On Point Construction shortly thereafter. Between 2008 and 2014, he built dozens of customs homes and completed challenging renovations for top builders in North and West Vancouver. In 2014, Tyler began his focus on project management in which his strong foundation of experience, continued education and natural leadership skills helped him execute each step in completing complex projects. He has achieved his Master Builders certificate, is a registered housing professional through CHBABC, is a certified passive house tradesperson and is currently working on his Gold Seal certification in project management.
Tyler's passion is mentoring aspiring young carpenter's pursuing a career in carpentry. He is also planning Crave Homes retreats to less fortunate parts of the globe to help build safe functional homes. When Tyler's not working or spending time with his family you may find him out on the soccer pitch.

Nik’s journey in trades started almost by accident. After starting music school straight out of high school, he quickly realized that this wasn’t the path he wanted to take. Nik started his transition by enrolling in and completing the Low Voltage & Security Wiring Technician course at KPU, quickly going on to find work installing at high-profile commercial sites throughout Vancouver. Yearning for more knowledge and responsibility, he accepted an office-based role as a Project Coordinator for the Ledcor Group of Companies in 2017, and worked supporting a dynamic Project Management office as they ambitiously rolled out a multifaceted, in-house Program Management software solution. In late 2021, his desire to learn about all areas of a business and the opportunity to learn and grow on the job led to Nik joining Crave Homes as a Project Coordinator. Outside of work, Nik enjoys playing and performing in his 2 bands, relaxing at home with his partner and 2 rabbits, and recently took up beginner level hockey for adults.

Debbie brings over 25 years of business administration and accounting experience to her role as Accounting Manager. She is driven by the dynamic nature of project tracking and has successfully financially managed multiple million-dollar portfolios within the construction, non-profit and hospitality industries. Her favourite part of her work is the people; working alongside the project managers and on behalf of the client ensuring their projects are tracked in detail. When not at her desk, she can be found with her hands in the dirt tending gardens, burying her face in a historical book or on a trail as she loves to hike.
