About Crave Homes

Since 2019, Crave Homes has been building and renovating homes across North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Vancouver with one consistent goal, delivering the best value and the best finished product for every client. From the first pre-construction conversation through to handover, we stay committed to budgets, timelines and the kind of craftsmanship that shows in every detail. We use cutting-edge construction CRM software to keep schedules on track and clients informed at every stage. Beyond the builds, we take pride in giving back to those in need and are always looking for ways to make a positive impact, both locally and further afield.

Our Team

Crave Homes is built on the people behind every project. From our president and senior project manager through to our construction manager, project coordinator, accounting manager and interior designer, every member of the team brings genuine experience, dedication and care to the work.

Tyler Waddell

President and Senior Project Manager

Tyler began his career in construction in 2004 and rose quickly through the ranks due to a strong work ethic and natural aptitude for the trade. By 2008 he had completed his Red Seal certification in carpentry and founded his own company, On Point Construction. Between 2008 and 2014 he built dozens of custom homes and completed challenging renovations for top builders across North and West Vancouver.

In 2014 Tyler shifted his focus to project management, where his deep trade foundation, continued education and natural leadership allowed him to execute complex projects with confidence. He has since achieved his Master Builders certificate, is a registered housing professional through CHBA BC, holds a certified passive house tradesperson designation and is currently working toward his Gold Seal certification in project management.

Tyler’s passion outside of client projects is mentoring young carpenters pursuing a career in the trades. He is also planning Crave Homes volunteer retreats to help build safe, functional homes in less fortunate parts of the world. When he is not working or spending time with his family you will likely find him on the soccer pitch.

Brock Moberg

Construction Manager

Brock started his career in cabinet installations and small renovations before moving into full custom home building. Comfortable across all aspects of the construction process, Brock developed a genuine passion for the work after seeing the transformation of his first completed custom home.

With years of hands-on experience managing custom builds, Brock approaches every project as if it were his own. He works closely with architects, designers and homeowners to help bring their visions to life. Brock has worked alongside Tyler for over 15 years and is an integral part of the Crave Homes team. When he is not on site or with his family you will find him paddle boarding or out on the golf course.

Debbie Janzen

Accounting Manager

Debbie brings over 25 years of business administration and accounting experience to her role at Crave Homes. Driven by the dynamic nature of project tracking, she has successfully managed multiple million-dollar financial portfolios across the construction, non-profit and hospitality industries.

Her favourite part of the role is the people, working alongside project managers and on behalf of clients to ensure every project is tracked in precise detail. When she is not at her desk you will find her tending her garden, deep in a historical book or out on a hiking trail.
